4amfresh is a fresh-food platform that makes everyday essentials like milk, curd, paneer, and kitchen staples daily in small batches using pure ingredients, and delivers them to your home within hours of production.
We don’t store products for days — we make them fresh every day.
When do you deliver?
We deliver twice a day:

Morning delivery: 4:00 AM – 7:00 AM

Evening delivery: 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM
What are the order cut-off times?

Morning delivery cut-off: 10:00 PM (previous night)

Evening delivery cut-off: 3:00 PM (same day)
This allows us to produce only what is needed for the day.
Do you offer milk subscriptions?
Yes — you can subscribe to daily milk delivery so you don’t have to place orders every day.

Are your products really made fresh daily?
Yes. All 4amfresh products are prepared in small batches every day by specialized production partners who follow our quality standards. Most products are delivered within 24 hours of being made.
Why do your products have a shorter shelf life?
Because we don’t use preservatives or extended storage cycles. Fresh food naturally has a shorter shelf life — and that’s intentional.
We recommend refrigeration immediately after delivery.
How is 4amfresh different from grocery apps?
Most grocery platforms deliver products that have been manufactured days or weeks earlier and stored across warehouses.
At 4amfresh, production happens daily based on real demand, and products are delivered soon after they are made.
Can I modify or pause my milk subscription?
Yes — you can pause, resume, or update quantities anytime before the daily cut-off.
How do you ensure quality?
Every production partner follows 4amfresh quality guidelines, and products are checked before dispatch. Smaller daily batches allow tighter quality control.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Can I cancel an order?
Yes — orders can be cancelled before the cut-off time.

Once production begins after the cut-off time, cancellations are no longer possible because products are made fresh specifically for that delivery cycle.
Can I pause or cancel my milk subscription?
Yes — subscriptions can be paused, resumed, or modified anytime before the daily cut-off time.
This ensures we don’t produce milk unnecessarily and helps us maintain freshness.
Do you accept returns?
Since 4amfresh products are fresh and perishable, we typically do not accept physical returns.
However, if there is any issue with quality, damage, or missing items, we will make it right.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If something isn’t right, please contact us as soon as possible on the same day of delivery with a photo (if applicable). Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
How do refunds work?
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method or wallet, typically within 7-10 working days.
